HOW IT WORKS

1. Perceive: Concept-level ML models assess signals such as threat, logistics, force capability, or other domain factors.


2. Reason: Liora ARIA composes those signals through formal logic with layered ethical, authorization, permission, and operational constraints.


3. Verify: The system generates proof artifacts, computes confidence and stability, triggers human review when necessary, and commits the result through cryptographic controls.


4. Monitor: Active decisions remain on a watch list so the system can detect drift and alert when a previously valid decision no longer holds. Configurable governance responses — from advisory alerts to automatic holds — ensure that drift is not just detected but acted on.
